About The Position

Requirements

• Completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience preparing repackaging materials and equipment for production runs, including knowledge of packaging concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Working knowledge of departmental processes and standard procedures, and ability to follow and reinforce them.
• Ability to simplify complex tasks into clear, teachable steps.
• Ability to communicate instructions and concepts effectively in group and one-on-one settings.
• Ability to listen actively, communicate respectfully, reduce conflict, and solicit participation and feedback.
• Commitment to on-the-job training requirements and interest in developing others.
• Ability to observe task performance, provide timely feedback, and share observations constructively.
• Willingness to share knowledge and best practices and support peer learning.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude while collaborating, adapting to change, and supporting organizational goals.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging, including a strong understanding of blister packaging.

Responsibilities

• Deliver standardized on-the-job training and coaching under guidance to build safe, compliant equipment operation capability.
• Coordinate training activities and schedules with operations stakeholders to meet readiness timelines.
• Use approved training materials, job aids, and demonstrations to support consistent knowledge transfer.
• Observe trainee performance and document progress against defined expectations to support readiness decisions.
• Maintain training documentation and completion records for quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Monitor recurring learning needs and escalate gaps, process changes, and improvement opportunities to reduce operational risk.
• Update training content and delivery methods by incorporating approved revisions and maintaining controlled materials.
