About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five or more years of experience; or a master’s degree and three or more years of experience; or a PhD and zero years of related experience.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Demonstrated ability to work as a dedicated tools trainer and drive user engagement and adoption.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert for technical applications and providing guidance and troubleshooting support.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience analyzing user feedback, support tickets, and usage data to identify training gaps and improve engagement strategies.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience working within an Agile Scrum team environment.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience performing technical and business requirements analysis.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience working with and evaluating financial datasets.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience presenting data in visualized formats such as dashboards, charts, and structured reports.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience using tracking and task management tools such as Jira.
• Five or more years of demonstrated experience using team collaboration and documentation tools such as Confluence or an equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive, hands-on instructor-led training in person and virtually, along with workshops and one-on-one coaching for new-user onboarding and advanced tool features.
• Design, create, and maintain training collateral, including standard operating procedures, user manuals, quick-reference job aids, workflow diagrams, and multimedia learning modules.
• Serve as the application’s primary Subject Matter Expert, providing functional guidance, user troubleshooting, and best-practice workflows.
• Analyze user feedback, support tickets, and system usage metrics to identify knowledge gaps, measure training effectiveness, and implement targeted user engagement strategies.
• Work within an Agile Scrum team to align training deliverables and release notes with application updates and feature rollouts.
• Collect, compile, evaluate, and publish information and statistical data from documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations.
• Present complex and financial datasets in clear, visualized formats.
• Provide architectural and engineering support to translate user feedback and operational workflows into business and production requirements.
• Analyze new technologies, hardware, and software, including cloud networks and tools, to determine applicability and integration opportunities within existing or proposed systems.
