SAIC is seeking a Technical Trainer and IT Systems Analyst to lead end-user training, adoption, and enablement for mission-critical tools and data systems. The role bridges technical system administration and end-user proficiency by designing instructional content, delivering live training, and serving as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME). The position is located in McLean, Virginia and requires an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. The role delivers interactive instructor-led training in person and virtually, workshops, and individual coaching for onboarding and advanced tool features. It develops and maintains training collateral, including standard operating procedures, user manuals, quick-reference job aids, workflow diagrams, and multimedia learning modules. As the application SME, the employee provides functional guidance, troubleshooting, and best-practice workflows. The position also analyzes user feedback, support tickets, and system usage metrics to identify knowledge gaps, assess training effectiveness, and improve user engagement. Training deliverables and release notes are coordinated with application updates and feature rollouts within an Agile Scrum team. Systems analysis and data management work includes collecting, evaluating, and publishing information and statistical data from documents, records, forms, reports, plans, policies, and regulations; presenting complex and financial datasets visually; translating user feedback and operational workflows into business and production requirements; and evaluating technologies, hardware, and software—including cloud networks and tools—for applicability and integration opportunities.
