About The Position
Northland Properties is seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join its Leadership Team. The role offers the opportunity to practice leadership skills and develop toward business management, with training, mentorship, and support for career growth. The restaurant emphasizes guest-focused hospitality, memorable dining experiences, fresh, high-quality food, and detailed table service.
Requirements
- Previous serving experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Hospitality-driven approach toward guests and team members.
- Availability for PM shifts.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Commitment to inclusion and embracing diversity.

- Previous restaurant leadership experience is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Actively lead shifts in support of senior leadership team members while helping manage budgetary goals.
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and guest connection throughout each shift.
- Contribute to positive team morale through contests and by supporting team members on shift.
- Handle guest concerns and compliments.
- Develop and motivate people around you to do their best.
