About The Position

Windsor Fashions is a leading special occasion and fast fashion retailer, founded and operated by generations of the Zekaria family. As a full-time Co-Manager, you serve as the Store Manager's "right hand," supporting the team in driving the company's mission. You are responsible, in partnership with the Store Manager, for achieving store productivity in terms of sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. The role involves coaching and motivating a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists, while fostering an environment of dignity and respect.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Proven leadership experience and an ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
  • A quick thinker and able to resolve issues as they arise with customers and associates.
  • An effective communicator in both a group setting and one on one.
  • Welcome feedback and are ready to improve always.
  • A flexible and reliable schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales to ensure the overall success of the store as a member of the sales-directing team.
  • Build brand loyalty by providing an omni channel Oasis experience to every customer.
  • Analyze KPI reporting and translate numbers into behaviors.
  • Take on challenges and deliver business solutions to do more with less and create value for the brand.
  • Support the Store Manager in finding the right talent and consistently make new networking connections to ensure a wide talent pool.
  • Commit to an exceptional onboarding experience that supports the company retention goals.
  • Organize and plan in detail to get the job done.
  • Be proficient with analyzing reports and communications to support payroll compliance, execute operations and create the Oasis for customers.
  • Place a high priority on training and developing your team.
  • Lead by example, communicate clearly and foster a culture of continuous improvement through recognition, coaching, feedback, and utilizing company tools and programs.
  • Follow all Windsor policy and procedures, knowing integrity is mandatory.
  • In partnership with the Store Manager, support the execution of the Windsor Merchandising Directive.
  • Always maintain a neat, clean and tidy store in compliance with Windsor’s Visual Guidelines and make smart merchandising decisions.
