About The Position
The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet the needs of the residents based on budget, census, and as may be directed by facility administration. As Staffing Coordinator, you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Requirements
- Familiarity with HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements is essential
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a staffing or recruitment role is preferred
- Ability to liaise effectively with hiring managers, candidates, and external agencies
- Managing multiple candidates, schedules, and processes efficiently
- Handling recruitment, scheduling, and onboarding simultaneously
- Addressing staffing shortages, turnover issues, and scheduling conflicts
