About The Position

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring the use of multiple computer and guest-management systems.
• Ability to stand for more than five hours.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

• Prior hospitality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide outstanding service and maintain luxury-level cleanliness standards.
• Use ResortSuite software to process transactions, complete orders, and accurately book or edit spa treatments.
• Ensure reservations are accurate by understanding spa treatments, policies, amenities, and hotel options, and communicating this information to guests.
• Support spa retail sales and communicate with technicians to help guests experience premium products and enhance treatments.
• Provide seamless, accurate checkouts, including attaching commissions, applying discounts, and billing packages.
• Receive guest feedback and complaints and, with supervision, resolve guest or staff issues as they arise.
• Enforce spa policies, including service requirements, age restrictions, and guest behavior rules, with supervision and support.
• Support the cleanliness and maintenance of guest amenities, the facility, and equipment.
