About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking an experienced, customer-service-oriented individual to join its Spa Associate team at the Cranberry location. The role builds and maintains client relationships by providing exceptional service and supporting the team. The company provides training on the spa industry and service menu. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with flexible hours intended to accommodate employees’ lifestyles.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Critical thinking skills, including conflict resolution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail or membership sales experience, such as in a gym, tanning salon, or salon.
• Prior spa experience, including experience at Massage Envy, Elements, or Massage Heights.
• General beauty and wellness industry knowledge.
• Experience with Zenoti software.
