About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a customer-service-oriented Spa Associate for its Cranberry location. The role builds and maintains client relationships by providing exceptional service and supporting the team. Spa-industry knowledge will be provided through training. The employer offers flexible scheduling and indicates that full-time or part-time arrangements may be accommodated. Compensation is $15.00–$17.00 per hour, plus commissions and potential bonuses.

Requirements

Be capable of working flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Have critical-thinking skills, including conflict-resolution skills.
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Be exceptionally organized and attentive to detail.
Be a strong team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.

Nice To Haves

Prior retail or membership sales experience, such as in a gym, tanning salon, or salon.
Prior spa experience, such as at Massage Envy, Elements, or Massage Heights, or general beauty and wellness industry knowledge.
Experience with Zenoti software.

Responsibilities

Meet membership sales goals.
Develop detailed knowledge of the menu of services.
Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while building lasting relationships.
Communicate sales, promotions, and service options to clients.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents.
Maintain spa cleanliness standards and perform other duties as assigned.
Bring a positive and energetic attitude to the team.
