About The Position

Urbana Country Club is seeking a Spa Receptionist for its Resort and Spa facility. The role focuses on providing caring, gracious service to members and their guests, creating memorable experiences, and supporting the club’s service standards. The position requires availability on weekdays, weekends, and holidays during the summer season through September, with a minimum commitment of 10–15 hours per week. Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

The successful candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. They are expected to maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance and demonstrate integrity, passion, work ethic, and teamwork. Compensation is $16 per hour, paid biweekly. Employees receive a discount on retail products and may have opportunities for employment in other operations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement the three steps of service for members and guests: warm welcomes, magic moments, and fond farewells.
• Follow Spa guidelines, policies, and procedures to help ensure the safety of members and guests.
• Adjust to situations in a timely and efficient manner while prioritizing hospitality.
• Multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Use effective listening and sound judgment.
• Communicate effectively with business contacts using strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance in accordance with company standards.
