SPA Receptionist
About The Position
The Inn on Fifth’s Spa Team is seeking an efficient, courteous, and professional Receptionist to welcome guests to the hotel spa. The role includes scheduling treatments for guests and members, processing service payments, supporting product sales, and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the spa lobby. The receptionist helps create a pampering and caring guest experience by offering refreshments, escorting guests to the locker room, and providing appropriate attire for their treatments. The role also includes keeping the retail area stocked and visually arranged to support product sales.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist experience, preferably in a spa or salon environment.
- Customer service and/or retail experience.
- Willingness to learn on the job.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. while standing, bending, and squatting.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the spa and help create a pampering, attentive experience.
- Schedule treatments for guests and members.
- Process payments for services.
- Support sales of spa products.
- Maintain the spa lobby’s appearance and cleanliness.
