About The Position

Requirements

• At least 1–2 years of management experience.
• At least 1–2 years of spa or retail experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for people.

Responsibilities

• Drive, monitor, and analyze sales performance and productivity using weekly and monthly dashboards and KPIs.
• Implement and monitor upselling strategies to maximize spa and individual team members’ daily activity and help them reach their goals.
• Promote and develop brand visibility through merchandising, marketing, and stock handling.
• Assist with spa walkthroughs and note areas needing cleaning or maintenance attention.
• Handle administrative tasks, including payroll, scheduling, inventory, bank deposits, and reporting.
• Follow all practice policies and protocols.
• Provide clients with a comfortable, relaxing spa experience.
• Ensure compliance with labor and state licensing laws and regulations related to business operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
