About The Position
The Recreation and Spa Manager oversees daily recreation operations at Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort. The role manages recreation services and guest experiences, including food and beverage offerings, marketing, merchandising, reservations, systems, budgeting, and reporting. It also coordinates and promotes recreation activities and events, monitors service quality and guest satisfaction, develops team members, and ensures compliance with applicable health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day recreation services, including guest experience, food and beverage offerings, marketing, merchandising, reservations, systems, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate and promote recreation offerings, including pool and water activities, tennis tournaments, children’s programs, and special events.
- Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction trends, address concerns proactively, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Train, supervise, and mentor team members; conduct performance evaluations, provide professional development opportunities, and recognize achievements.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to support guest and team member wellbeing.
