About The Position

As a Room Service Server at Beach House Fort Lauderdale, a Hilton Resort, you help create memorable guest experiences by delivering food and beverage orders with warmth and hospitality. You prepare room service trays and tables, assist with taking orders by phone, retrieve and deliver orders to guest rooms or meeting rooms, process guest payments, and follow health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations. Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make each meal experience special.
• Set up room service trays and tables in advance to support timely delivery.
• Assist with taking guest orders and respond to room service phone calls.
• Retrieve food and beverage orders and deliver them to guest rooms or meeting rooms.
• Present checks, collect payments, and return signed checks to the order taker.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
