About The Position
Dealership: L0740 DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks is now hiring Service Advisors. This is a performance-driven position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. You will be the primary contact for service customers, responsible for scheduling appointments, preparing repair orders, communicating maintenance recommendations, and coordinating with technicians. The goal is to help achieve departmental sales, CSI, and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
- 1+ years of prior dealership Service Advisor experience.
- Sales and upselling abilities while maintaining customer trust.
- Proficiency with dealership software and repair order management.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities
- Be the primary contact for service customers, delivering an customer experience.
- Schedule appointments and prepare repair orders.
- Communicate maintenance recommendations and repair options.
- Coordinate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
