About The Position

The Customer Service Advisor works with a team to provide outstanding customer service and hospitality. The role builds trusting customer relationships, recommends products and services that meet customers’ needs, and creates positive customer experiences. It also helps maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness and follows Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.

Responsibilities

• Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their needs.
• Deliver outstanding service and hospitality in every interaction and create “Wow” moments for customers.
• Help maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness.
• Follow all Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations.
