About The Position

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are often the first and last face customers see. You create lasting impressions and build customer loyalty by using product knowledge and services to present oil change options and additional services. A training program prepares you to communicate successfully with guests and provides the skills and confidence to work under the hood. The company helps you become an expert on its products, services, and operations. The role is based at 610 W Mcgalliard Rd, Muncie, IN 47303.

Requirements

Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspections and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with people face-to-face.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Willing to be cross-trained as a top-side technician.
Full mobility and ability to work with hands above the head.
Able to stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
