About The Position

The Customer Service Advisor works with a team in a customer-facing role, building trusting relationships and recommending products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role focuses on delivering outstanding service and hospitality, creating memorable “Wow” moments, and helping maintain the location’s appearance and cleanliness. Advisors must follow Mister Car Wash safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations. The work involves being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.

• Ability to connect with customers.

• High energy and interest in being active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Ability to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head.
