About The Position

The company is building a tech-powered, family-first care platform to efficiently deliver care, improve health outcomes, and provide a best-in-class experience nationwide. Abby Care is rapidly expanding, having partnered with leading insurance plans, healthcare providers, and community organizations, and is supported by mission-driven VCs. This role is for a hands-on Enterprise Applications Administrator to join the Business Applications team. It is a Full Time Hybrid position based in their San Francisco, CA office. The primary focus will be owning and optimizing the Salesforce instance, but the administrator will also be critical in managing and integrating various business applications such as Dialpad, PandaDocs, Notion, and Jira. The position is instrumental in reducing manual data entry and ensuring the foundational architecture across all technical systems is secure and scalable.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of proven experience as a System Administrator in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce: Proven ability to build and troubleshoot advanced Flows, validation rules, and custom objects.
  • Broad SaaS Proficiency: Proven experience administering or integrating external tools like Dialpad, PandaDocs, Jira, or Notion.
  • Technical Fluency: A strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, AgentForce) to boost user efficiency.
  • Location: Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to work hybrid from our office 3–4 days per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator Certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Salesforce Management & Support: Act as the primary owner for Salesforce, managing daily requests including field fixes, data corrections, and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Multi-Application Administration: Lead the administration and maintenance of peripheral tools including Dialpad (IVR and call routing), PandaDocs (template management), Notion, Jira, etc.
  • System Cleanup & Data Integrity: Proactively drive the cleanup of technical debt, duplicate fields, and inconsistent naming conventions across all integrated platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Partner with Sales and Ops leadership to deliver critical visibility into performance through reports and dashboards.
  • Security & Compliance: Enforce role-based access across Salesforce, Dialpad, and PandaDocs to ensure HIPAA compliance and secure data handling.
