About The Position

The Associate Salesforce Administrator joins Applied’s Corporate IT team to support the day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform. Working alongside experienced team members, this role helps deliver scalable, user-focused solutions by translating business requirements into platform configurations, supporting data quality and security, triaging support requests, and documenting processes. The position also involves using Claude to build automations for managing or monitoring internal processes and personal work.

Requirements

0–2 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a related IT or support role.
Familiarity with Salesforce fundamentals and platform functionality.
Exposure to Sales Cloud or Service Cloud environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Nice To Haves

Salesforce Administrator certification or progress toward certification.
Experience with Flow Builder or other declarative automation tools.
Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions focused on user experience.
Configure Salesforce features, including Flow, fields, page layouts, record types, apps, and automation tools.
Support data quality initiatives and maintain data integrity through rules, automation, and monitoring.
Assist with security configuration, including users, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing settings.
Monitor support tickets, provide first-level triage, and escalate issues as needed.
Partner with senior team members to review solutions and contribute to broader platform discussions.
Create and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for Salesforce processes.
Use Claude to build automations to manage or monitor internal processes and personal work.
