About The Position

CoreWeave is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to join the GTM Systems team, which builds and scales technology for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance. The role owns day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the core Salesforce platform, working with cross-functional stakeholders—including the SOX/Compliance team—to maintain a secure, well-governed, reliable system. The administrator will build and optimize declarative automation, manage Salesforce security and integrations with Okta, and support complex Sales and Revenue Operations processes. The role also includes light development when declarative tools are insufficient, exploring AI agents and AI-powered workflow automation, and coordinating with distributed teams across time zones. The posted base salary range is $139,000–$185,000. Actual compensation depends on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market location, qualifications, and interview performance. The total rewards package may include a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and benefits, subject to eligibility. This position requires access to export-controlled information; applicants must meet the stated U.S. export-control eligibility conditions.

  • Willingness and aptitude to perform hands-on development alongside core administration duties.
  • Curiosity about AI agent creation and AI-powered automation for GTM processes.
  • Experience partnering with offshore teams and coordinating across time zones and distributed work models.
