About The Position
The District Manager Position is responsible for the achievement of Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores. This role involves conducting effective store visits, evaluating Store Manager performance using available reports, and setting clear objectives to meet Lovisa's directives and benchmarks. The District Manager will ensure clear and consistent communication through morning calls, written action plans, LOLA notices, and one-on-one meetings, with the aim of coaching and developing the team. This role also focuses on recruiting passionate, customer-focused team members, developing talent, and succession planning within Lovisa. Additionally, the position is responsible for reducing unnecessary costs through effective rostering and minimizing internal and external shrinkage by ensuring adherence to the Lovisa Security Manual and Loss Prevention best practices. Flexibility and a willingness to travel interstate and/or internationally, based on business needs, are also required.

Responsibilities
- Achieve Sales Growth on Last Year by providing outstanding Customer experience in all stores.
