About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in wireless, cable, or consumer electronics.
• Demonstrated achievement in boosting sales growth and effectively managing high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting or analytics tools.
• Familiarity with wireless or telecommunications industry terminology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel throughout the market.
• Valid driver’s license required if operating company or fleet vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operational performance across multiple retail locations in the assigned district.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze KPIs and performance reports to identify opportunities, close performance gaps, and drive consistent results.
• Recruit, train, and develop Store Managers and sales teams.
• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development to improve performance and support career growth.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver sales enablement, product training, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure stores follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct regular market and store visits to monitor operational readiness, customer experience, and brand compliance.
• Serve as the main point of contact between field teams and corporate departments on business priorities and initiatives.
• Promote a customer-first mindset and high Net Promoter Scores across stores.
• Lead consistent customer experiences through best practices and adherence to issue-resolution processes.
