About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor provides nursing supervision in a Special Care Unit (SCU) and Emergency Department (ED) setting. The role also requires hands-on clinical support in patient care areas as needed. Local and travel candidates are accepted. This is a 13-week contract assignment in Hamilton, New York, working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The listed compensation is a weekly gross of $2,342, a blended hourly rate of $61, and weekly taxable pay of $1,200.

Requirements

  • Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license, required and must be in hand.
  • Previous RN Supervisor experience.
  • Special Care Unit (SCU) experience.
  • Emergency Department (ED) experience.
  • Charge Nurse experience and strong clinical leadership.
  • Ability to provide both nursing supervision and direct clinical support.
  • ACLS certification, required.
  • BLA certification/requirement, listed as required in the source requisition.

Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing supervision in the SCU and Emergency Department.
  • Provide hands-on clinical support in patient care areas as needed.
