About The Position

Aspire Senior Living Advance, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Restorative Nurse Aide to join its Restorative Care team. The role focuses on residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being and involves providing direct care and supporting residents’ daily needs in a warm, resident-focused setting.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents with care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• One year of experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and hygiene.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff and physicians.
• Assist with mealtime, including feeding and hydration.
• Help monitor and document vital signs.
• Participate in care planning and implementation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
