About The Position

As a Registered Nurse at Rosebud Village, you will develop meaningful relationships with residents and staff by learning their life stories. You will use nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being and contribute to a rewarding care experience. The role calls for supportive, respectful communication and collaboration across nursing and facility teams, with a focus on excellent geriatric care and the C.A.R.E. values of Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.

Requirements

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Indiana.
• Proficient medication management skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.

Responsibilities

• Promote the physical and psychosocial well-being of residents.
• Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
• Promote teamwork within the care team to meet residents’ needs.
• Collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated, comprehensive resident care.
• Support a respectful and positive work environment.
• Manage medications proficiently.
• Conduct thorough resident assessments and accurately document changes in resident conditions.
• Demonstrate C.A.R.E. values to residents, family members, customers, and staff.
