About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience supervising programs that oversee services for people with behavioral and serious persistent mental health needs.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Current auto liability insurance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Designated Manager status per 245D licensing.

Nice To Haves

• Four-year degree in behavioral science or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise one to two residential programs serving individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs.
• Supervise and train mental health specialists.
• Ensure program services and operations are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored.
• Ensure all direct-service shifts are filled by staff who meet employment conditions and have been adequately oriented and trained.
• Remain on call for emergencies unless prior arrangements are made with someone of comparable authority.
• Occasionally work direct-service shifts, normally not exceeding 16 hours per week.
• Notify the supervisor if more than 16 hours of direct-service work are necessary in a work week and coordinate any schedule adjustments with the director.
