About The Position

The Mental Health Program Manager coordinates and supervises one to two residential programs serving individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. The manager is on call at all times unless arrangements have been made for someone of comparable authority to receive emergency calls. The manager ensures all direct-service shifts are staffed by employees who meet Dungarvin’s conditions of employment and are adequately oriented and trained. The manager may occasionally work direct-service shifts, normally no more than 16 hours per week. If more than 16 hours of direct service are necessary in a work week, the manager must notify their supervisor in advance when possible, or as soon as possible otherwise. Schedule adjustments should be arranged with the director. The listed annual starting salary is $65,000–$66,787.50, based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
