•$65,000 - $66,788

About The Position

The Mental Health Program Manager coordinates and supervises one to two residential programs serving individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. The role’s two key priorities are supervising and training mental health specialists and ensuring that all aspects of each program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This is a full-time organizational position, though it may be part-time within any individual home. The schedule must be flexible to meet program, individual, and staff needs. The manager is always on call unless prior arrangements have been made for someone with comparable authority to receive emergency calls. The manager ensures all direct-service shifts are staffed by employees who meet Dungarvin’s employment conditions and have been adequately oriented and trained. The manager may occasionally work direct-service shifts, normally not exceeding 16 hours per week; working more requires advance notice to the supervisor, or notice as soon as possible when advance notice is not possible. Schedule adjustments should be arranged with the director.
