About The Position

The Mental Health Program Manager coordinates and supervises one to two residential programs supporting individuals with challenging behavioral and mental health needs. This is a full-time organizational position, though the role may be part-time within any given home. The schedule must be flexible to accommodate program, individual, and staff needs. The manager is always on call unless prior arrangements are made for someone with comparable authority to receive emergency calls. The manager ensures all direct-service shifts are staffed by employees who meet company employment conditions and are adequately oriented and trained. The manager may occasionally work direct-service shifts, normally not exceeding 16 hours per week; working more requires advance notice to a supervisor when possible. Schedule adjustments should be arranged with the director. The listed annual salary is $65,000–$66,787.50, based on experience and potentially varying with an individual’s skills and qualifications. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered.
