About The Position

Requirements

• B.A./B.S. required.
• 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum five years’ direct experience in enrollment marketing in a competitive, higher ed environment.

Nice To Haves

• M.A/M.S. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the paid digital marketing with Carnegie Darlett.
• Renew digital marketing contracts with a paid media company or internal support group before the end of FY 2025 to ensure campaigns do not go dark.
• Monitor marketing drip campaigns, RFIs, and other marketing Slate-related operations for Brandeis Online.
• Create and implement special use campaigns around admissions and enrollment deadlines and as needed.
• Oversee the implementation of organic marketing on social media, websites, and the GPS blog.
• Coordinate event and conference sponsorships for FY 2025 and confirm any potential opportunities for FY 2026.
• Manage the remaining FY 2025 marketing budget and support the development of the FY 2026 marketing budget.
• Support BOLLI, Precollege, and Summer School as needed.
• Supervisor Marketing & Communications Coordinator, Lillian Cohen, and temporary marketing Specialist, Madison Sirois.
• Provide weekly reporting to the VP of the Rabb School on marketing performance and progress.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
