About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT- or business-related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in similar or progressive roles.
• Proven experience driving successful projects, software adoption, and use of customer success best practices.
• Ability to provide consultative customer support and articulate the value of customer decision-making.
• Ability to guide and influence internal and external customers through implementation and process improvements.
• Skills in delivering results, solving problems, and communicating effectively across diverse audiences and channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive customer onboarding experience and help providers understand the technology’s potential and achieve outcomes through system integration.
• Oversee implementation projects and engage directly with suppliers and provider customers; mentor Implementation Managers.
• Improve customer experience and team productivity through process improvements, documentation, automation, and AI capabilities.
• Gather project requirements and business needs, define project scope, and negotiate as needed for successful outcomes.
• Create complex program and project plans; analyze and document objectives, deliverables, schedules, assumptions, constraints, and dependencies.
• Set expectations with team members and stakeholders, communicate project status, assess risks, identify solutions, and work with business sponsors to resolve issues and mitigate risks.
• Manage project changes and communicate their impact on scope and schedule.
• Complete projects in accordance with service level agreements and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and support newly released implementations.
• Prepare process documentation for new configurations and team rollout processes.
• Use customer engagement and feedback to influence implementation process changes.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, suppliers, and customer success teams to execute savings commitments to customers.
• Address escalated client issues promptly and coordinate resources across the company as needed.
