Prime Healthcare is seeking an Epic Implementation Manager for its Revenue Cycle applications to manage future Epic implementations across its national health system. Under the direction of the Epic Program Manager, this leader oversees implementation work across Prime hospitals and builds relationships with hospital leadership so corporate and local initiatives are incorporated into deployments. The manager supervises, coaches, and develops analysts working in the Revenue Cycle domain; collaborates with hospital and executive stakeholders; monitors milestones, risks, and delivery outcomes; and supports teams during go-live to ensure workflows function as intended and users are prepared. This is a remote role requiring frequent travel, up to 50–75% annually, to hospital sites across the United States, particularly during key implementation phases. Prime Healthcare operates 55 hospitals and more than 360 outpatient locations in 15 states, and has more than 60,000 employees and physicians. The position is full-time on the day shift. The estimated annual compensation range is $90,875.20 to $158,662.40, with the exact starting compensation determined based on factors such as skills, experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
