The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading recruiting efforts for all Team Kline positions, with a particular focus on complex, hard-to-fill, administrative, and leadership roles. This role operates with significant autonomy and serves as a key partner to the HR Director on recruiting processes, data analysis, and enhancing the employer brand. Beyond managing a requisition load, the specialist is accountable for recruiting data and reporting, designing and implementing process improvements, and developing proactive sourcing strategies for challenging roles. While the HR Director owns the overall workforce and recruitment strategy, this position is crucial for translating that strategy into actionable plans and providing ground-level insights to inform future strategic decisions.
