About The Position

Requirements

• Basic experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boilers, hazardous materials, and safety management.
• Management experience.
• Knowledge of hospital-associated codes.
• Experience managing or supervising facilities-related departments, such as EVS, Security, Grounds, and Biomed.
• Knowledge of facility buildings, equipment, and utilities.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of 2 years of hospital experience.
• College degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage work related to the physical plant and ancillary systems, Engineering, Grounds, and Safety.
• Act as liaison between the Medical Center and contracted personnel or vendors performing facilities-related work.
• Present a positive image of the hospital to patients, visitors, physicians, and the public.
