About The Position
Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking qualified applicants for Front of House (FOH) Managers. This role involves establishing excellent guest service and satisfaction, assisting the General Manager in executing plans to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty, and ensuring the profitability of restaurant operations by managing cost of goods and labor productivity while providing quality food and exceptional service.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of Casual Dining, Upscale Casual Dining or Fine Dining Experience
- Strong leader with a positive attitude, enthusiasm and a passion for hospitality
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience managing a steakhouse
- level 1 Wine Certification
Responsibilities
- Establishes excellent guest service and satisfaction as a priority through personal example
- Helps GM execute plans based on guest surveys to improve guests' restaurant experience and increase loyalty
- Assist the GM to ensure the profitability of restaurant operations by operating within cost of goods and labor productivity guidelines while providing quality food and exceptional service
