About The Position

Requirements

• 1 to 5+ years of proven Automotive Dealership Finance (F&I) or automotive sales leadership experience.
• Highly organized, heavily detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
• Advanced proficiency in dealership software, Microsoft Office, and internet applications.
• A consultative closer with high ethical standards, professional appearance, and a commitment to customer loyalty (CSI).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid in-state driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Must be 18+ and willing to undergo a standard background check.

Nice To Haves

• College degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers transitioning from Sales, conduct consultative credit interviews, and present fully transparent pricing menus for financing and aftermarket products.
• Structure conventional, subprime, and special finance deals.
• Ensure 100% compliance with all state/federal laws, dealership guidelines, and confidentiality standards.
• Maintain exceptional relationships with current finance sources, manufacturers, and vendors while hunting for new lender partnerships.
• Track portfolios and rehash deals to maximize approvals.
• Work in conjunction with all departments: sales, service, parts, and accounting.
• Review paperwork for correct titles, liens, and taxes.
• Inspect the daily flow of paperwork to ensure lightning-fast funding turnarounds.
