About The Position

Rock Honda is seeking a team-oriented F&I Manager focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience and contributing to dealership performance. The role requires at least two years of F&I Manager experience and knowledge of managing CIT. The position reports to the General Manager, General Sales Manager, or Sales Manager. Open availability is requested to support dealership operations and customer demand, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

The California salary range is $9,000 to $24,000 per month. This performance-driven position may include short- and/or long-term incentives, including commissions on individual product and reserve income and bonuses based on individual net PVR, product penetration, and manufacturer approvability. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location, and is established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
