About The Position
Greensboro Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, part of Hudson Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced, results-driven Automotive Finance Manager to join its team in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role is intended for automotive F&I professionals with a proven record of performance in a dealership environment; applicants without prior dealership Automotive Finance & Insurance experience will not be considered. The position involves working in a high-volume dealership and state-of-the-art facility, contributing to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Prior experience as an Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager or Finance Manager in a franchised dealership.
- Proven success structuring deals and securing lender approvals.
- Demonstrated ability to sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and accident and health insurance.
- Experience presenting and explaining aftermarket products and extended warranties.
- Ability to convert cash deals to finance and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
- Track record of partnering with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
- Prior Automotive Finance & Insurance experience in a dealership setting.
Responsibilities
- Structure deals and secure lender approvals.
- Sell F&I products, including service contracts, GAP, credit life, and accident and health insurance.
- Present and explain aftermarket products and extended warranties to customers.
- Convert cash deals to financed deals and maintain relationships with multiple lending sources, including manufacturer programs.
- Comply with requirements and regulations affecting automotive finance departments.
- Partner with sales managers to maximize deal structure and profitability.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and collaborate with sales leadership.
