About The Position

AutoFair Volkswagen of Nashua is seeking an Automotive F&I Manager to help customers arrange financing for vehicle purchases and present additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. The role includes structuring deals, submitting them to lenders, making credit decisions, closing deals, preparing contracts and paperwork, and ensuring transactions comply with local, state, and federal guidelines. The manager also audits team deals after sale, identifies opportunities for improvement, and ensures contracts are funded promptly. Requirements

Eagerness to improve.
Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
Strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of title laws and the registration process.
Professional personal appearance and strong verbal and written communication skills.
Expertise in negotiation and presentation skills.
Valid driver's license.
