About The Position

Route 128 Honda is seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join its leadership team at its high-volume dealership in Reading, Massachusetts. The role is intended for a professional with a proven record of maximizing profitability, maintaining compliance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving finance product penetration goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of automotive F&I management experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving strong PVR and product penetration results.
• Extensive experience with CDK Drive.
• Strong lender relationships and experience structuring complex deals.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A proven record of compliance and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Structure and secure automotive financing with banks and lending institutions.
• Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products ethically and effectively.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
• Work with the sales team to maximize deal opportunities and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate completion and submission of finance documentation.
• Manage funding, contracts, and lender stipulations efficiently.
• Use CDK Drive and related dealership systems to process deals accurately and efficiently.
