Automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
About The Position
Route 128 Honda is seeking an experienced, results-driven Finance & Insurance Manager to join its leadership team at its dealership in Reading, Massachusetts. The role is for a finance professional with a proven record of maximizing profitability, maintaining compliance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and achieving finance product penetration goals. The manager structures and secures automotive financing, presents finance and protection products, oversees compliance and finance documentation, and coordinates with sales staff, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure deals are completed and funded efficiently. The position uses CDK Drive and related dealership systems in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of automotive F&I management experience.
- Demonstrated success achieving strong PVR and product penetration results.
- Extensive experience with CDK Drive.
- Strong relationships with lenders and experience structuring complex deals.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proven record of compliance and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment.
Responsibilities
- Structure and secure automotive financing with banks and lending institutions.
- Present and sell finance, warranty, and protection products ethically and effectively.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, lender, and dealership regulations.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize deal opportunities and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate completion and submission of finance documentation.
- Manage funding, contracts, and lender stipulations efficiently.
- Use CDK Drive and related dealership systems to process deals accurately and efficiently.
