About The Position

Requirements

• Positive, warm, and hospitable with FOH/BOH experience in an upscale, fine-dining restaurant.
• Ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Great attitude.
• Willingness to learn.
• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a restaurant role.
• Great enthusiasm and attitude.
• Ability to make a positive difference in our guests and your co-workers’ lives.
• Able to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Nice To Haves

• Kitchen/expediter experience a plus.
• This position is ideal for anyone looking to transition from BOH to FOH.

Responsibilities

• Be a strong liaison between our kitchen and front of house team.
• Ensure every single dish that goes out to our guests is flawless, accurate and up to our standards.
• Work in conjunction with chefs to help expedite food during service, while also helping out in other support roles.
