Seasonal Restaurant Expeditor - Broadway Bar - NYC Flagship
About The Position
The Restaurant Expeditor provides outstanding customer service by ensuring food and beverage items are correctly delivered to customers. The role serves as a liaison between the front and back of the house and requires clear, professional communication. The expeditor is expected to be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and products, and may support other restaurant areas, including answering telephones and completing financial transactions. This is a seasonal position at the Broadway Bar at Nordstrom’s NYC Flagship. The position pays $18.55–$19.30 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers.
- Basic math and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and store needs.
- A food handler’s card may be required according to local or state regulations.
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of food service or hospitality experience is preferred.
