About The Position

The Restaurant Host greets and seats customers promptly and professionally, shares knowledge and enthusiasm about the restaurant’s menu and products, and helps provide outstanding customer service. The host may assist with training new employees by reinforcing successful performance and offering support. The role also supports other restaurant areas as requested, including answering phones, processing financial transactions, stocking, cleanup, and documentation. Requirements
