Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; further training in emergency dispatching preferred.
- Strong multitasking and communication skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments.
- Knowledge of emergency protocols and local geography.
Responsibilities
- Receive and prioritize emergency calls for assistance.
- Dispatch emergency services to appropriate locations.
- Maintain communication with first responders during incidents.
- Document call details and response times accurately.
- Monitor the status of emergency units in the field.
