About The Position

The Field Services Dispatcher collaborates with the yard’s logistics activities. The role receives material requests from rigs, prepares requests in the designated tool, coordinates with the yard and arranges transportation, gathers information for order dispatch, and initiates invoicing by uploading information into the tool. The dispatcher also follows applicable company policies, management standards, laws, and regulations, and protects facilities, equipment, and other assigned resources.

Responsibilities

• Receive material requests from rigs and enter the requested tubes and/or accessories in the designated tool.
• Send requests to the yard and arrange transportation.
• Gather information needed to dispatch orders and initiate invoicing by uploading information into the tool.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Protect assigned facilities, equipment, and other physical resources from damage, theft, or misuse.
