About The Position
Parkway is seeking an organized, dependable Service Dispatcher to keep a busy automotive shop moving. The dispatcher coordinates technicians, service advisors, and Parts to ensure work is assigned to the right technician with the information, authorization, and parts needed to complete it. The position directly contributes to technician productivity, timely repairs, and customer satisfaction, and reports to the Service Director.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production and remove delays.
- Coordinate vehicle keys and repair orders.
- Assign work based on technicians’ skills and availability.
- Coordinate technicians, service advisors, and Parts so assigned work has the required information, authorization, and parts.
