Automotive Service Dispatcher for Parkway Ford / Parkway CDJR in Pampa
About The Position
Parkway is seeking an organized, dependable Service Dispatcher to keep a busy automotive shop moving. The dispatcher coordinates technicians, service advisors, and Parts to ensure work is assigned to the appropriate technician with the information, authorization, and parts needed to complete it. The position reports to the Service Director and directly supports technician productivity, timely repairs, and customer satisfaction. The role is based at Parkway Ford / Parkway CDJR in Pampa, Texas, and is scheduled Monday through Friday. Compensation is competitive and based on experience and qualifications; details will be discussed during the interview process.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
- Monitor production and remove delays.
- Coordinate vehicle keys and repair orders.
- Assign work based on technicians’ skills and availability.
- Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and Parts to help ensure technicians have the information, authorization, and parts needed to complete assigned work.
