Requirements

• Previous experience in a dental front desk or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Positive, patient-centered attitude and a team-oriented approach
• Passion for dentistry and helping patients feel comfortable
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental front office role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient with dental office software (we use Dentrix).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performing treatment coordination, including patient education and follow-up
• Handling billing, collections, and insurance verification (we are out-of-network)
• Scheduling and confirming patient appointments efficiently
• Managing patient communications in a professional and friendly manner
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborating with the dental team to support exceptional patient care
