About The Position
We’re a growing pediatric dental practice looking for an energetic, compassionate, and organized Front Office Treatment Coordinator to join our amazing team. We want someone who enjoys connecting with families, creating exceptional patient experiences, and helping parents feel confident about their child’s dental care. We’re looking for someone who brings positivity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for helping others. Requirements
- A positive, upbeat personality and loves helping people
- Enjoys working with children and making families feel welcome
- Is organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills
Nice To Haves
- Dental front-office, treatment-coordinating, or insurance experience preferred
- Outstanding attitude, a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and a desire to learn
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and families with a warm, friendly attitude
- Present treatment plans and help parents understand recommended care
- Explain insurance benefits and financial options with confidence and compassion
- Coordinate scheduling to provide a smooth patient experience
- Answer phones, assist with patient communication, and support the front office team
- Work closely with our doctors and clinical team to ensure every visit is exceptional
- Build lasting relationships that keep families coming back
